Welcome to HeathBridge River Lodge,  we  do so hope your stay with us will be enjoyable and peaceful, and that you will  have a great experience.  Our position Loch Vaal is quite unique with a North Westerly aspect, we get the best of both the winter and summer sun. The view across the Loch Vaal is magnificent and the sunsets spectacular through April to October. Warm days and clear cool to cold night during winter, a great excuse to light a fire and have some warmed mull wine.  Then a  great night’s sleep snuggling up under crisp sheets and warm duvet.

 Summer beckons on the Highveld with hot days on the river and  warm evenings , a Braai’s on the waters edge is a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.    Whether you come to sit at the River and chill watching  birds and nature at its best or you wish to fish , launch your boat, cruise , ski  or board.  Perhaps a chance to  read that book you've been meaning finish or just shut your eyes under cool willow . Don’t worry about loadshedding, just Braai or Potije in the well light gardens.  We hope that whatever your  reason to stay, that the experience be  fantastic..
